The Hemophilia Foundation event gave George Harrison and John Lennon their first taste of helping the less fortunate, with utilizing their fame and generating revenue for a cause. Harrison would mastermind and host The Concert For Bangladesh, August 1, 1972. While Lennon and Yoko Ono would gather their musical friends to perform at the One To One Concert, August 30, 1972.
